Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
International Shipping: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. International Express Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@solosan.com.sg within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
